not, “you’ve lost weight.” or anything like that. but you’ve gotten thinner. skinnier.
BEST COMPLIMENT EVER
for the first time ever.
Today, I had eaten chips and salsa, 1/3 of a big mac, fries, coke and a whole pack of sour gummy worms.
I felt so stuffed and disgusting, my stomach HURT so bad.
it was a horrible nasty experience but I felt so much better after I puked. I’m so glad I could purge some of it up (I know it wasn’t all of it), but some is better then nothing.
I weight either 184 or 186 right now, and i’ve been at this same weight for a long time. I haven’t been watching what I’ve been eating, but I haven’t been gaining either, which is good.
i’m determined to get THINNER. <3
I would guess in about 1.5-2 weeks, you should be beyond happy, especially if you stick to such a strict routine. Good luck!
idk when you sent this, but i’m actually 186 right now! there’s NO way that you’re twice my size though —- i don’t believe you. :P thank you so much though, you’re so sweet! we definitely CAN do this. :) <3
